Michelle entered our doors in January of 1990, fresh out of school. She filled the role as our first full time secretary who was not content to remain in a support role. Promoted in 1993 to a recruiting position she set out to become one of our top producers. In 2000, she ranked # 11 in City wide Performance, out of hundreds of recruiters, in the HAAPC Association. Michelle is our eternal optimist, she’s a shining example of how to live and work together in harmony and how to treat our clients. She has over 15 years of intensive training in human relations and leadership skills with the Dale Carnegie organization. She brings smiles and happiness to the team every day. After hours and on weekends, she casts off her conservative ways and loves to entertain with her husband Rod and their two daughters.
