Kim Jones is our ranking member. Since 1986 she's been helping build R.L.Wolff & Associates into a recognized leader in our industry. She's been consistently honored at our annual HAAPC Industry Awards Banquets for outstanding performance and has typically been our Performance Leader for the company holding the record for most jobs filled in one year. She's our pacesetter, always out in front, making things happen and stressing to us " urgency " and to do things now. Her favorite saying " You snooze, you lose". We owe a great deal of our success to Kim. She has extensive training in human relations and leadership skills with the Dale Carnegie organization. After hours, she loves spending time with her husband Ruben and their daughter.
